Click where it says ***DOWNLOAD: SimFileShare, then you'll see a countdown at the top right, wait 5 seconds and then click "Skip AD" (don't touch/download anything else!) then the SimFileShare page will open and you just have to click on the blue Download button
**** NOTICE that maybe you'll need to disable adblock to see the "Skip AD" button, it's also possible that sometimes the SimFileShare site is offline duo to maintenance or something like that and you'll need to wait for the site to be back up, though this is very rare and the maintenances usually don't take more than a couple hours.

I can't place it when on buy mode, it's locked and not even the unlocking objects cheat lets me select it :(
